	Dear Jazz Blues Club members and all its guests and users! Please, read the Club Rules! First steps in Jazz Blues Club: Jazz Blues Club is a closed dedicated to jazz and blues music styles Club. I • When you entered our web-site first time you were a "Guest". Being in this group you are eligible only for: 1. Navigating through the pages with a list of news, but inside any of these publications your access is denied; 2. Seeing only those last comments that were left in the "Support" publications. II • After registering you become a "Registered User". In this group you get an opportunity to enter and view detailed information about posted albums, but you can't see the links. Download links can be seen only by Club Members. The following actions are also prohibited for Registered Users: 1. Asking for links renewal (during the opened Club working mode) 2. Leaving requests for any desired albums; 3. Asking post authors to send the link through an e-mail or a personal message. In case of receiving complaints or revealing cases of breaking of above-listed items appropriate measures would be taken towards the violator. III • In order to become a Club Member you have to be an active user, namely to post albums, which have not as yet been published in our Club. In order to find out whether the album has been already published or not the "Search" service should be used by entering the album's title into the search blank. You must go through ALL the pages of the search results in order to determine whether the album is presented in our Club or not. The detailed instructions and requirements about the posting process you can find here. Publications of musicians' biographies and interesting articles on the same subject matter are also welcome and should be supplied by illustrations, photos and links to the source of information. IV • The further user's destiny is decided by the Club Administration, whose decision is based on the quality of user's posts and on the quantity of Club Member's responses. Possible results are either giving a particular user the trial membership or making him/her a constant Club Member. In each case the user is notified about the promotion and conditions of giving a membership via a personal message. From this point on the user's destiny in Club depends only on him/herslef. Those members who don't participate in Club's life for a certain period of time are transfered back to the "Registered Users" group. V The following is prohibited for EVERYONE in the Club: 1. Cursing and using offensive language; 2. Insulting other members; 3. Expressing dissatisfaction by the quality or quantity of published music. This one is only the Club Administration's (Moderator/Administrator) right!; 4. Expressing doubts about validity of another member's membership. This one is only the Club Administration's (Moderator/Administrator) right!; 5. Offer any innovations concerning Club's functioning and its rules in comments. This one is only the Club Administration's (Moderator/Administrator) right!; 6. Criticizing Club's functioning in a sharp and rude manner; 7. Spam; 8. Using in posts somebody else's links or information from other Clubs or music web-sites, unless this information is yours. If you use opened text information taken from other web-sites (biographies, articles) it's necessary to specify the source link and author's rights. In case of receiving complaints or revealing cases of breaking of above-listed items appropriate measures would be taken towards the violator. In case of breaking items marked by red color the violator will be banned irreversibly without any explanations or discussions, and the comment would be deleted. VI • All users have their right either to thank for posted albums or not. However, the Club Administration always estimates the overall impression from user's comments (For instance: prevalence of dissatisfied comments over the normal ones; constant doubts about other users' membership; constant displeased comments about not working download links, might seriously affect user's rating in the Club.) VII • All kinds of discussions are always welcome, only if they concern posted albums or artist's work. Dissatisfied discussions of Club's functioning would be suppressed and necessary measures would be taken towards their author. VIII • The maximum allowed number of posted news for each Club user - 3 per day! IX • All the links a user provides should be make personally by him/her, preferably including the CD-rips and scans. The information in the post should be entered personally by the user. Copying information from posts from other blogs, club or music website, especially links for archives is prohibited! In case of revealing the use in a post of any links from another club or music website or in case of receiving any complaints on this issue the appropriate measures would be taken towards the violator (irreversable ban, temporary ban, transfering to a lower status). X • Every Club user, starting from Club members, has the right to delete any comment he/she doesn't like in his/her own post. For that end it is necessary to message an admin thoroughly explaining the reason of the desire to delete the comment. As soon as the admin approves the deletion of the comment, it will be deleted personally by admin or by moderator by admin's authority. We ask you to follow all Club rules and not to break them. If the mutual respect, desire for music share and for doing the labour of love prevail in our Club, the pastime here would be highly pleasant for everyone! Welcome to our Jazz Blues Club - we are always happy to see new users and are always ready to assist those, who have any problems or questions. More detailed information about each members group's rights and obligations: 1. Guests. Not registered visitor. Can see in Jazz Blues Club only brief information about posted album. Doesn't have an opportunity to see the detailed information and download links. 2. Registered users. Can see the full news, leave comments, offer the news for publication through the "Moderator", use the "private messages" service. Can't see the download links. In case of not visiting the Jazz Blues Club for more than 45 days the registered account is automatically deleted. 3. Club members. The same rights as registered user, but all download links are now available. The membership gets only an active user, who can prove his/her usefulness. The quantity and quality of user's publications and comments are estimated by Club Administration, and the decision about transferring to a higher status is made relying on other Club members' recomendations. The trial membership without previous participating might be given in case of "Vip Members'" recomendations with various probationary periods of time. Those "Trial members" who don't show any activity during this time are transfered back to the group "Registered Users". The list of "Club members" is discussed twice a year - inactive members lose their "Club member" status. All Club members should fill out the additional information about them - country, city, interests and find a profile pic. 4. VIP-members. Can see everything, can independently publish news. Leave the Club only by the Administrator's premission. The Vip-member's recommendation about accepting any visitor to the Club is decisive. Have the right to give a recommendation about giving the VIP-status to any "Club member". 5. Moderator. The member of the Club Administration. Opens, corrects or deletes any news. Makes the decision about the news' destiny. Corrects or deletes comments. Monitors an order in the Club. 6. Administrator. Solves all problems in the Club. Makes all decisions about status or membership of any user. Maintains the technical support of the web-site. The Club Administration has the right not to publish the news without any explanations. Attention! Restricted access into our Club is in force again since January the 2nd, 2009. Those Club members who hadn't been posting in our Club for more than one month were transfered back to the "Registered users" status!
